University Program Council
What is the University Program Council?
The University Program Council (UPC) is a dedicated organization of student leaders responsible for planning, budgeting, and hosting a wide range of social, academic, and professional events throughout the academic year.
The Council’s core objectives are to:

Enhance student engagement through diverse programming and initiatives.

Foster school spirit and meaningful connections among students.

Collaborate closely with the Student Government Association (SGA) to improve the overall campus experience.
Through these efforts, UPC plays a vital role in cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging university community.

Student Fee Advisory Committee (SFAC)
Student Activities fees are monies that are collected from students according to the rate schedule set by the Board of Trustees. All students registering for credit in the college are obliged to pay these fees. The fees will be assessed and collected by the college through the regular tuition collection procedures.
Student fees include fees to support activities. The Student Fee Advisory Committee (SFAC) is responsible for the accountability of student activity fee funds.
